Our state-of-the-art machinery offers a wide range of sheet metal processing services in-house, including laser cutting, punching, bending and folding, welding and surface treatment processes. Technical know-how, solid teamwork and good organization are essential elements for professional and high-quality solutions. We specialize not only in the production of assemblies for small and medium-sized series but also in manufacturing individual parts.

Since our foundation in 2002, we have continuously developed our company and offer stable jobs to more than 80 employees today.

Our Services in Sheet Metal Processing

Laser-Cutting

We offer a wide range of laser-cutting services to meet your specific requirements.

We use the following machines:

  • Fiber laser-cutting machine
  • CO2 laser-cutter

Welding

Our company offers you a comprehensive range of welding services. Our 600m2 welding plant employs 11 qualified full-time employees with appropriate certification.

Sheet Metal Bending & Folding

Folding machines are used to form sheet metal with a specified bending angle. Bending processes are primarily required for applications in housing construction, construction sheets and profiles. Appropriate holes must be provided in advance for the screw connection or riveting of individual parts; alternatively, these can also be provided during laser-cutting.

Sheet metal can be bent up to a width of 3000 mm with a force of 125 tons.

Punching

Whether you need complex shapes or intricate designs, our results will satisfy you.

With our Trumatic 3000 punching machine from Trumpf, we process metal sheets from 0.5mm to 3mm in black plate, stainless steel, copper or polycarbonate sheets.

With our standard tools, we specialize in the production of perforated sheets, but we also have various special punching dies. Please contact us for further information.
