Our Welding Processes

We use the following welding processes:

  • 135 CO2 (active gas metal arc welding)
  • 141 AWI (argon gas metal tungsten electrode arc welding)
  • 131 AFI (argon gas metal electrode-electrode arc welding)
  • 21 (spot welding)

Certified Staff

Our welders have certifications that we renew on an ongoing basis. Our experts are Visual Material Examiners VT2 and Penetrant Material Examiners PT2. The welding joints are carried out by a Master Welder/International Welding Specialist IWS.

We are also happy to offer you testing and documentation of our welded joints.

Welding Machines

We use the following welding machines:

  • WeldImpex 322 (for welding thin structural steel)
  • WeldImpex WIG 300 AC/DC (for structural, stainless steel and aluminum welding)
  • REHMMega Puls 300 (for welding thick structural and aluminum products)
  • Fronius TransSteel 4000 Pulse (for welding thin and thick sheet metal, structural and aluminum products)
